Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to get genuine value from your Career Clarity Report. If the report didn't deliver at least one insight you hadn't considered, you're entitled to a full refund within 7 days of delivery — no lengthy explanation required.


2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request it within 7 days of your report being delivered
  • You email your request to contact@harmonypath.ai from the same email address used during purchase
  • Your report was successfully generated and delivered (see section 5 for failed deliveries)

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to contact@harmonypath.ai with:

  • Subject line: Refund Request
  • The email address you used when purchasing
  • Your report ID (visible in your report URL: /report/{id}) — if you have it

You do not need to provide a detailed reason. A single sentence is sufficient. We may ask one follow-up question about your experience to improve the product, but your refund will not be withheld if you decline to answer.


4. Processing

  • We will acknowledge your refund request within 24 hours (business days)
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval
  • The refund is returned to the original payment method via Stripe
  • Depending on your bank, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account
  • We do not charge any fee for processing refunds

5. Failed Report Delivery

If your report was not delivered due to a technical error (pipeline failure, email not received, report page returning an error):

  • Contact us at contact@harmonypath.ai with your payment confirmation and email address
  • We will either regenerate your report at no additional charge or issue a full refund — your choice
  • No 7-day window applies to failed deliveries; contact us whenever you notice the issue

6. Situations Not Covered

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • More than 7 days have passed since report delivery, unless the issue is a failed delivery
  • The report was generated successfully but you changed your mind about career advice generally (our 7-day window is a goodwill policy, not an unlimited return right)
  • Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased more than one report, contact us immediately. If the second report has not been generated yet, we will cancel and refund it. If it has been generated, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks create additional administrative burden and may result in your account being flagged by Stripe. Our refund policy is straightforward — we will resolve legitimate issues promptly.


8. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, please note the following regarding the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal:

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital content or services where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal upon completion.

By confirming the withdrawal notice at the start of the questionnaire and submitting your answers, you expressly consent to immediate service performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is extinguished upon report delivery.

Our 7-day satisfaction-based refund policy operates in addition to, not instead of, any statutory rights you may retain.
