These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of HarmonyPath.ai and the Career Clarity Report service (the "Service") operated by:

By purchasing or using the Service, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HarmonyPath.ai provides an AI-powered career analysis tool. Upon payment, you complete a questionnaire and receive a personalised Career Clarity Report generated by a multi-stage AI pipeline. The report includes career path analysis, pivot path recommendations, and a 90-day action plan.
The Service also includes up to three follow-up questions per report, answered by AI with full context of your report and questionnaire answers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Service is intended for personal career guidance purposes only. Use for commercial resale, scraping, or systematic data extraction is prohibited.
The current price for one Career Clarity Report is EUR 39 (or equivalent in your local currency as displayed at checkout), payable as a one-time charge.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By completing payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
Where applicable under EU VAT rules, VAT may be added to the displayed price at checkout based on your location.
Prices are displayed in EUR. Your bank may apply conversion fees if your account is in a different currency. We are not responsible for such fees.
Your Career Clarity Report is generated automatically following completion of the questionnaire. Typical delivery time is 5–10 minutes. In the event of a technical failure, delivery may take longer. If your report is not delivered within 15 minutes of questionnaire submission, contact contact@harmonypath.ai.
Your report is accessible at a unique URL (/report/{id}) and sent to your email address. You are responsible for providing a valid email address during the questionnaire.
The Career Clarity Report is generated by artificial intelligence and constitutes informational content only. It is not:
You should not make major life or financial decisions based solely on the report without independent professional advice where appropriate.
Report content is generated by AI models (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT-4o). While we design the pipeline to produce specific, high-quality analysis, AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate content. We do not guarantee that any recommendation in your report will be suitable, accurate, or achievable in your specific circumstances.
We make no representation that following the report's recommendations will result in a career change, job offer, salary increase, or any other outcome. Career transitions depend on factors entirely outside our control.

The Career Clarity Report generated for you is provided for your personal use. You may share it with third parties (e.g. a mentor or coach) for your own career purposes.
All software, prompts, design, and infrastructure underlying the Service are owned by r6lab Radoslaw Jozefowicz. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to our intellectual property beyond the right to receive and use your personal report.
Your questionnaire answers remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of generating your report and for improving service quality in anonymised, aggregated form.
Refund terms are set out in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence within the EU.

If you are an EU consumer, you have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law that these Terms do not limit, including rights under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Right of withdrawal — digital services
Under EU consumer law, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, by confirming the withdrawal notice at the start of the questionnaire and submitting your answers, you expressly request immediate performance of the service.
If the report is delivered before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, your right of withdrawal is extinguished upon delivery. You acknowledge this by ticking the checkbox presented before the questionnaire begins.
Notwithstanding the above, our Refund Policy provides a 7-day satisfaction-based refund, which operates independently of and in addition to any statutory rights.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting existing purchases will not apply retroactively.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
